Our Concept follows the International move towards the emergence of Healthy Meal Prep companies teamed with the convenience of having meals delivered anywhere in the Country.
There is a move towards health and fitness and the general public are much more aware of what they are feeding their bodies. However, the preparation of these meals takes time, effort and commitment and with today’s demanding lifestyle it has becoming increasingly difficult for anyone to allocate time for the preparation of their meals.
Many do not have the expertise with regards to meal planning and their efforts at fat loss and maintaining a healthy weight fall short.With the growing awareness of health and nutrition, our company aims to cater, for anyone from the average working person to the Athlete who wants to step on the stage in the best shape possible.
Our meals are designed for anyone-those who are keen on following a Healthy diet, those who are struggling with Lifestyle diseases, Fitness Enthusiasts and Competitive Athletes alike.

FitDeli is a company which started in 2017. However, the planning of this concept started many years back.
Our aim is to assist people with choosing healthy meal options and maintaining good overall health whilst having the convenience of meals and diet planning provided for them depending on personal nutritional goals.
This company is a combined effort between different individuals who each have their own specific roles and yet share a common vision for this business.
Our Direction
FItDeli have developed some winning Meal plans for Fat loss and Health.
We also offer a ‘Build your own’ Option whereby the customer may follow their own diet plan.

The Launch of our First Fitdeli Concept Franchise Store – March 2020
We are proud to say this is our new concept, offering our customers access to Fresh meals daily. It was an awesome evening with an amazing Vibe,instead of the glitz and glamour we went with the new trend of Gym wear.
Our guest came kitted out in the latest fashion Gym wear, we welcomed them with a 30 minute HiiT workout followed by our amazing spread of meals.
We look forward in growing our brand in the near future
